Emulsions

Emulsion are the mixture of two liquids with the addition of colour and flavours. These emulsions can be used for Bakery products, Juices, Squashes, since it contains both flavour and colour. Dosage: Mix 3ml of emulsion to 1 liter of water. Add sugar, citric /malic acid as required.

DiaSweet is premium blend of artificial sweetner, best suited for low calorie sweets, confectionery, cakes etc. This is a non saccharide sweetening agent with a DE of 14, it is 4 times sweeter than sugar and has no bitter taste.

Dosage: Use 4times lesser than the quantity of sugar used. While using in baked goods or sweets, use while the preparation is cooling down.

Softee Ice Cream Premix

Softee is an ice cream premix which is softer, less dense & contains lesser amount of milk fat than the regular Ice Creams to be used in instant softee ice cream machine.
